Dannon Vanilla Yogurt, fruit sliced up, and Cascadian Farms Vanilla Yogurt Cereal. We just put it all in our bowl and mix together. It is very good with fresh berries, peaches or nectarine sliced up in it. 2. Pancakes or Waffles topped with peanut butter. Then either put Maple Syrup or apple sauce over this. If using the Maple Syrup we will often put sliced bananas on it too. 3. Grits with cheese and Baco Bits sprinkled on it in the bowl. Tater Tots or fresh roasted small potato chunks. Fresh fruit and Whole Wheat toast with jam. 4. Grapefruits halves sectioned and Oatmeal topped in your bowl with Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and Hemp seed. Stir in a tsp of peanut butter and some Maple syrup. 4. Pumpkin Oatmeal(recipe in the files) then sprinkled with Pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Also Hemp seeds. Hot tea 5. Fresh smoothie 6. Leftovers from dinner 7. Fried Egg and Breakfast strip(Morningstar Farms brand) Sandwiches. I bake the Breakfast strips. Spread your toasted bread with Veganaise or mayo before adding your Fried egg and Breakfast strips. 8. Biscuit Sandwiches served with scrambled eggs and baked Morningstar Farms Breakfast Patties. Put these on the biscuits and spread with Dionaise(mustard and Mayonaise blend). Fresh fruit and for drink - Hot tea, water or Soy Milk. 9. Love Donna's idea of spreading a Whole wheat tortilla with crunchy peanut butter, sprinkled with Hemp seeds and then put a whole banana and wrap it up. It is delicious and a quick breakfast. Glass of Soymilk. 10. Slices of apples with a puddle of Crunchy Peanut butter on your plate that you dip your apples in. Hot tea. Whole wheat toast 11. Breakfast burrito - Browned Vegetarian Burger, scrambled eggs, rice, diced bell pepper, roasted diced potatoes, grated cheese and salsa. Layer all of the above into the center of whole wheat tortilla and wrap up burrito style. 12. Saute diced onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. Make a cheese omelet and put these veggies in it. Tator tots. Whole Wheat toast with Jam. Hot tea, juice or soy milk 13. Kellogg's Heart Healthy Cereal and Soy Milk.
