Hey Paul,

You are such an asset to this group. It's been a real joy getting to

know you. Life changes are not easy but you did it and you set such a

good example for others who are just starting to become Vegetarians.

I so admire young people like you willing to make a difference in

their lives and the lives of others. Thanks for being you and all

that you do.
