To Serve with ??????

I am having a really hard time with knowing what to serve with a lot of

the dishes given. For example I made a really great Tofu Curry the

other night and made a really good noodle dish to go with it but as it

ended I perceived that both were main dish entrees. Both were good but

Main dishes. I don't know if anybody has the same problem but if you

do please respond. I especially have this problem with Orential

Dishes. If anybody has a resolution I would be grateful to hear it as

wellas the recipes.

Why not just half the portions and serve them side-by-side? Everytime I've eaten

in an Indian or Oriental

restaurant, everyone orders something different and we pass around the dishes

and take a little of everything.

There is never a " main dish " . I think this is pretty common in other parts of

the world.

 

So serve them both, but in smaller portions: " Honey! We're doing something

different tonight! We're going

native! "
