Denise QOTW - What are your healthy breakfasts favorites?

Now that is so healthy breakfast. I had no idea you could do the

steel cut oats in the rice cooker.

I usually have the pan overflow onto the stove and I make a mess

cooking them. I sure will try this out.

shake until all the powder is desolved (I find that some commuter

mugs do not have the best seal to do this. If your mug leaks

sometimes cover the opening of the mug with plastic wrap before

securing the lid, and then shake.) Now, run out the door and sip on

your drive into work :)
