Guest guest
A Worthington Wham roll is pretty impressive, you can order one through your local natural foods section/store. It is just like ham, but vegetarian, or course. They are about 22 dollars for a 4.5 pound roll. Tofurky is very impressive, love it! If you want to impress with something you made yourself, a Tofu roast is a great thing to make. Very delicious! Looks like a huge portabella mushroom when done, stuffed with dressing! I posted the recipe here a while back. ~Kathleen~vegetarianmeetup.com/400/ <--our local veg group! ______________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing. Guest guest
Although the Worthington imitation lunch meats are delicious. I have had them. Be carefull how much you consume. They are high in salt and are very processed. I have made a home pepperooni, salami, and pastrami. Just a few ingrediants right from the kitchen, and very delicious. Homemade is always better. I will look up the recipe and post. Blessings Harmony Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now.
Guest guest
I'm very impressed with the meat substitutes. I use many of them frequently. I see nothing wrong with them. Now used non-vegetarian foods would be a lot worse. My favorite are all the sausages and mock chicken products.
