Get some hemp nut seeds sprinkle them on everything. I have no idea why people think they will lack protein in a vegetarian diet. A good vegetarian meal is a lot healthier than anything a meat eater will assemble on their plate. I will say many people join this group thinking a vegetarian diet is going to make them look like a twig overnight. I have a good vegan friend and she weighs 300 lbs can you believe it???? I have non-vegetarian friends who are extremely thin, you have to watch your calories and exercise, even if it's brisk walking to doing a good job vacuuming the house, get moving.
