Guest guest
What has helped for me is not eating less overall, but actually eating more fresh fruits and vegetables. I find I get to eat a lot, and often, and thew weight has been falling off. You can still eat other things, but try to limit it to one serving a day. (Breads and pastas, rice, etc.) You need nutrition, not calories. You need good food, not empty food. Try Fitday.com to keep track of what you eat, for free! It tallies calories, nutrition, fat, carbs, protein, etc., plus helps you keep track of your weight progression, and exercise too! I did this for a year, to help keep my calories down to around 1200, and make sure I got enough nutrition. 360./naturekeene7 My Website! ______________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
