I am hoping my tummy will shrink and require less food(LOL). It really helps me to keep a food diary. Otherwise I end up eating more then I think I have. If it goes in my mouth it goes down in the journal. I always look on the side of the package to make sure I only give myself one serving. I have a friend that has been doing this for years and she looks pretty good, so if she can do it I can do it. Judy Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Search.
