Guest guest
This is a very good bread and easy to make. You won't taste the orange juice. It works with any of the mixed juices like pineapple-orange, etc. Enjoy Donna Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile " wwjd " <jtwigg Fri, 7 Dec 2007 13:03:40 To: Re: Banana Honey Orange Sweet Wheat Bread recipe(here it is) Thanks Donna for posting this. Sounds yummy Judy - Donnalilacflower GROUP Friday, December 07, 2007 9:56 AM Banana Honey Orange Sweet Wheat Bread recipe(here it is) Banana Honey Orange Sweet Wheat Bread 3 cups wheat flour 1 rounded tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ½ cup canola oil ¾ cup honey 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas ½ cup orange juice 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a large bowl mix oil, honey (if you measure honey into the same measuring cup after you measure out the oil, the honey will pour out of the cup easily). Mix well. Add eggs, bananas and orange juice, mix well. Now add the dry ingredients and stir well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pans I use 2 of the 8X5 pans. Bake between 45-55 mins. Test with a toothpick. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack. The seed is in bloom, will it meet an early doom or survive in a tranquil sea?
