Hi,

I'm new here.

I am a vegetarian, not a Vegan.

I need to lose 10 lbs for health reasons & am stumped how to do it.

I don't know what all i can eat, I seem to be mind limited to noodles. :-)

I need to know what foods provide good protien source since I don't eat

meats.

Thank You

Are you into tofu?

Great source of protein. There is so much you can do with it. It can be

chicken, it can be bacon it can be burgers, it can be eggs, it can be

mayo......With alot less fat!

I find that tofu can answer alot of protein problems.

Also try seitan. That is the protein of the wheat kernal. It begins as vital

wheat gluten flour. or can be bought already processed in the health food store.

Now you can buy frozen meat products made from seitan in the frozen foods dept

of the supermarket. Most are low fat.

I make my own from scratch since I don't like to use too much processed foods.

Blessings

Harmony
