I don't know what all i can eat, I seem to be mind limited to noodles. :-) I need to know what foods provide good protien source since I don't eat meats. It can be chicken, it can be bacon it can be burgers, it can be eggs, it can be mayo......With alot less fat! I find that tofu can answer alot of protein problems. Also try seitan. That is the protein of the wheat kernal. It begins as vital wheat gluten flour. or can be bought already processed in the health food store. Now you can buy frozen meat products made from seitan in the frozen foods dept of the supermarket. Most are low fat. I make my own from scratch since I don't like to use too much processed foods.
