Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I made this and it was fabulous! I added 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower kernels for additional crunch. I took some to work for a potluck, and it was a big hit! Thanks for the recipe! Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
I want to add that I tried this recipe also and it is delish! By far the best new recipe I have tried in a few months. Like the traditional classic, I think you can add what you have on hand to this dish. Did not have the soup mix but I did have an old envelope of meatloaf seasoning. I did not recognize any offending ingredients so I used about 1/3 of that bag for seasoning then supplemented with all my favorites plus lots of catsup. Fantastic! Great cold too, slices stay firm. Thanks so much - I need some classic dishes that the entire family will enjoy that also do not require lots of fuss to prepare. Guest guest
I love Special K loaf too. I'm going to try the sunflower seeds in it that someone else mentioned. I know it will be delicious having the extra crunch of them in it. I have started putting them into my Veggie Burger recipe that I make and it really makes them so good.
