Hi Monica and welcome to the group. If you are new to cooking veggies I

would say the best thing to do is invest in a steamer, steaming is the

healthiest way to cook vegetables and to me the best as it retains the

flavour and colour as well as the nutrients – and you can keep checking to

see if the veggies are done to your taste – for me this means seriously al

dente as I hate soggy veg!

 

I am sure you will find lots of inspiration here.

Introduction

 

 

 

Hi,

I am new to the group. My name is Monica. I joined the group to learn how to

prepare vegetarian meals.

I don't know how to cook veggies so I eat alot of carbs and junk food. My

weight has skyrocketed and I hope to change my eating life style. I am

border diabetic and I want to undue the damage I've done over the years.
