It is well worth the read. See the list of foods at the bottom and their protein content. I'm sure it will suprise you how many foods have protein in them. I am having a hard time getting enough protein, I do eat eggs and milk products but we have a " tree-nut free home " as my oldest kiddo is allergic in a big way. I am usually taxed just getting dinner on the table for a busy household w/ teens down to babies and then figuring out *my* food and sufficient protein is way over the top.
