Guest guest Posted December 5, 2007 Report Share Posted December 5, 2007 Hi all, I am new and decidedly vegetarian forever (long deleted reason why TMI :-)). I am having a hard time getting enough protein, I do eat eggs and milk products but we have a " tree-nut free home " as my oldest kiddo is allergic in a big way. I am usually taxed just getting dinner on the table for a busy household w/ teens down to babies and then figuring out *my* food and sufficient protein is way over the top.
