Guest guest Posted December 4, 2007 Report Share Posted December 4, 2007 Apple juice works well. Also lots of salads, fruit and things with fiber. Drink a lot of water(at least 8 glasses/day). I love prunes, but have to stop myself at about 8 or I have the reverse problem.
