Guest guest Posted December 3, 2007 Report Share Posted December 3, 2007 I made this for dinner tonight - been battling the stomach flu and nothing sounded good but rice with soup in it. 2 cups uncooked rice 1 can broccoli cheese soup 1 can mushroom slices, drained 1 can asparagus tips, drained 3 cups water Salt and pepper to taste 1 small can French fried onions Mix all ingredients except the French fried onions together in a casserole dish, bake at 350 for 50 minutes, or until rice is done.
