chopped

1 large ripe mangoes -- peeled and

pitted and chopped ( 1 to 2 mangoes)

3 green onions -- (white part

and some of the greem), chopped

1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh

cilantro

2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf

parsley

2 teaspoons chopped jalapeno -- (2 to 3

t.) to your taste, seeded and minced

1 lime -- juice only

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

Combine all the ingedients in a small bowl and

rfrigerate for several

hours so the flavors blend.
