Provencal French Barley for 2

Provencal French Barley

 

1 cup cooked barley

1 plum tomato, chopped

2 Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped

1/4 teaspoon herbes de Provence

 

Combine barley, tomato, olives and herbes de Provence

in a medium bowl. Serves 2.

I need to try this seasoning mix, herbes de Provence. I know people

swear ny howe good it is. Doesn't it have lavender in the mix???

Yes it does. I just bought some the other day. It was with the other spices

on the baking isle. It was by McCommick. I need to make a recipe using it now.
