Guest guest
Brad, This is the real stuff!! Two notes: 1) you can had small potato dices (half inch) or green beans (or both) to the pasta and cook them together, once pasta, potatoes and green beans are cooked dress them with pesto. 2) if you have lots of fresh basil, and you want to make pesto for winter, just blend your basil leaves (clean and dry) with olive oil and keep them in a jar in the fridge. When you want some " pasta al pesto " prepare the other ingredients, add them to the basil paste and you are ready.
