Serve as a side dish with steak or roast chicken, or enjoy two turnovers as a meatless entrée. They are great made ahead and brown-bagged; reheat in a microwave or toaster oven. ChupaNote: add 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes to hot oil before adding onions (or hot sauce, or chile garlic paste or harissa) for some heat. Next time will add a handful of minced red bell pepper. ----- ______________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing.
