What is Jain Food?

 

Jainism is an ancient religion of India. Jains, the followers of India

are strictly vegetarians.

 

Jains do not eat root vegetables, like potato, onion, sweet potato,

carrots etc.

 

So any vegetarian dish which has not made from root vegetables can be

called as Jain Food.
