Guest guest Posted November 27, 2007 Report Share Posted November 27, 2007 Apple Vanilla Yogurt 3 cups diced apples 2 cups plain, low-fat yogurt 1 teaspoon vanilla or vanilla nut extract 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 to 2 teaspoons brown sugar, depending on tartness Cook the apples in 1/2 cup water 5 to 10 minutes until soft. Reserve one cup apples. Place the remaining apples in a blender with one cup yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Process for a few seconds.
