Judy - aust4freng Monday, November 26, 2007 7:48 PM Christmas tree trimming I usually always trim the tree all by myself with Christmas music playing. It's rarely cold here when it's time to put the tree up, or I would have some wassail or hot chocolate brewing too. Usually the air conditioner is still running It takes me 3 whole days to put the tree up, lights and all the ornaments on. It takes another 3 days to take it all down. I have a lot of ornaments...some I've made, some I've received in swaps through quilting or cross-stitch; many have been given to me by friends and family and I've purchased others, of course. The last tree we had I had room to put on more ornaments, but now we have a tree which was given to us, it is smaller and I get only most of the ornaments on.
