Guest guest
I am a new/old member. My name is ktj (katiejay) and i am trying to be a vegetarian. I eat very little meat, although i do like the taste, i don;t like the health effects, nor the social effects...so I haven;t bought meat in a long time. I do have 50 pounds of TVP that i have been experimenting with but so far, cereal is what I have been adding it to!.....(LOL)I would love to have some recipes specifically for it, if that is available. They would be so appreciated. I adore vegetables, all kinds, served almost any way at all...(well, boiled okra is not hight on the list...... VBG). Being recently unemployed I look forward to being able to contribute to the group as well as enjoy every one else's contributions. so, hi from Western Pennsylvania ... ktj
Guest guest
Hi Katie, There are alot of recipes for TVP in the files. I have been meaning to play with some myself, but I keep getting distracted with other things, lol. This weekend it was egg rolls...all different kinds. I started out to just make a few traditional ones, then I had all those egg roll wrappers left over...so I started looking around to see what else I could fill them with.
