Guest guest Posted November 25, 2007 Report Share Posted November 25, 2007 @@@@@ Moroccan Hash 12 soy Breakfast Sausages 1 Onion 1 Green Bell Pepper 1 Red Bell Pepper 8 Garlic, sliced 6 small roma Tomatoes 1 12-oz. can of Tomatoes, in juice 8 Eggs Fresh Oregano leaves Tabasco, to taste Salt & pepper to taste Rough chop sausage, dice up onions and peppers, and begin to sauté in a large pan with olive oil. Slice garlic and add to pan after about 3 minutes. Chop up fresh tomatoes; add to sauté pan a minute or two after adding the garlic. About 5 minutes later, add your canned tomatoes, fresh oregano, tabasco, salt and pepper. Cover and let simmer lightly for as little as 20 minutes or as long as 40 minutes. Uncover and crack your eggs on top of the stewed mixture; cover for 3 minutes. Uncover and serve.
