Guest guest Posted November 21, 2007 Report Share Posted November 21, 2007 @@@@@ Sunchoke Fritters - not TNT 1 Tbs. sunflower oil 4 cups grated sunchokes 1/2 cup minced onion 3 egg whites, lightly beaten 1/4 cup flour salt to taste Heat sunflower oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Mix remaining ingredients except salt. Place heaping spoonfuls of the sunchoke mixture in the skillet and fry until crispy brown on both sides. Drain fritters on paper towels and sprinkle with salt before serving.
