Crabless Cakes with Jerusalem Artichoke - not TNT

2 cups fresh Jerusalem artichokes, shredded

2 slightly beaten eggs

1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

2 tablespoon mayo

 

 

 

 

Mix and make into cakes. Roll in

flour/cornflakes/crumbs. Fry.
