Thanks Sharon and you're welcome. I thought it was loaded with great info on so

many aspects of protein along with those charts of how much each food contained.

 

You've made me a true believer in eating more greens. I grew up eating a lot of

them, but have somehow gotten where I hadn't prepared them as much recently. I

gotta change that. You're a good influence on me to get back into my greens on

at least an every other day basis, if not every day. They are so loaded in all

kinds of nutrients.

Excellent article, Judy, thanks for posting it!

 

Yes, there is _such_ a huge misconception about protein. Greens are

also full of protein, but many people don't realize this.
