Guest guest Posted November 18, 2007 Report Share Posted November 18, 2007 I'm going to try you Citrus Grilling blend on a salad. I rarely put a salad dressing on my tossed salad. I sprinkle it with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoing, add some hemp nuts, raw sunflower seeds and green pumpkin seeds, along with some Garbanzo Beans/Kidney Beans right out of the can and top my salad with it. Sometimes I sprinkle Baco's on them and add croutons or oyster crackers to the salad too. I'm glad you love these things roasted. It is so easy to prepare and then go do something else, change clothes, get other parts of the dinner going. while these bake. Enjoy and thanks for sharing about one of your favorite spice blends.
