Guest guest
I couldnt stand tempeh in the past but I sure enjoy eating it now. This is a favorite recipe of mine. Petro Garlicky Tempeh and Linguine Dice 8 ozs. tempeh into 1/2 " cubes and steamed 5 minutes Bring up to boil in the following marinade: 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce 2 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup wine vinegar 6 cloves pressed garlic. pasta sauce or pesto to taste Simmer marinade for 15 minutes. Bring to a boil: 2 quarts water and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stir in 8 ozs. linguine noodles. Cook until " al dente. " Remove from heat, rinse and drain. Combine Tempeh with drained linguine noodles. Add your favorite pesto or tomato sauce to taste. Toss everything together, serve and enjoy. ______________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing.
