Guest guest
I've had stuffin rolled into balls and baked. Very good and crisy on the outside. I think this is a great idea to bake in muffin tins. Of course I want mine baked in the jumbo Texas muffin tins. lol Chelsea , " wwjd " <jtwigg wrote: > > I saw this idea on Rachel Ray's cooking show and have been using a > suggestion for stuffing that she gave. > Make your favorite stuffing recipe and put it into muffin tins and bake. > This way everyone gets a serving of crispy stuffing. Guest guest
You know, I'm going to change to those and make it in that this Thanksgiving. They will be pretty too. Judy - Katie M Saturday, November 17, 2007 2:59 PM Re: Re: Stuffin Muffins - for Thanksgiving or anytime. Judy I have one of those, too. That is a super idea. Just regular size muffin pans aren't big enough. Katie wwjd <jtwigg wrote: You could also make it in those mini loaf pans. I have a pan that has 8 mini loaf spots in it.
