Ingredients: 1 box (12 pieces)GF lasagna noodles 2, 16-oz. container low fat ricotta 1 1/2 large jars marinara sauce 8 oz. mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Directions: In a 9-x-13 inch Pyrex casserole, spread uncooked noodle strips and cover with boiling water. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain and transfer softened noodles to a plate. Prepare as directed. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 15 minutes. Remove plastic wrap.
