Tomato Pesto Spaghetti tnt

I make this at least once a week. I have been using some of the Pesto recipes i

have found here. Thank you everyone for some great recipes.

Tomato Pesto Spaghetti

 

1 pound spaghetti

10 ozs. pesto

4 ripe tomatoes, chopped

 

Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain,

reserving 2 Tbsp. cooking liquid. Return to pot along with reserved cooking

liquid. Stir in pesto over low heat until spaghetti is evenly coated. Add

tomatoes at last minute and serve.

Which pesto recipe are you using. I would love to find a good not cooked tomato

pesto.

After saying that, I think I will go and browse our recipe file and see if I

can find one.

Our recipe files are extensive, but sometimes I have a hard time finding

things.

Katie, I had some difficulties finding things in the folders myself,

so I have been using the search option bar on top of the message

screen. Just type 'tomato pesto' and you should get a few in

chronological order of posting.
