Guest guest Posted November 15, 2007 Report Share Posted November 15, 2007 @@@@@ Vegan Corn Pudding - not TNT 2 Tbsp sugar 1-1/2 Tbsp corn starch 1 cup soy milk 3 'eggs' replacement, (beaten) 1 can #10 size cream style corn 2 Tbsp margarine 1-1/2 tsp salt dash of nutmeg Mix together sugar and cornstarch, gradually adding milk until smooth. Add eggs, corn, butter and salt and mix well. Turn into greased 1 quart [1 litre] baking dish, sprinkle top with nutmeg. Place pan in (a larger pan) of hot water at 300f [150c] for 1-3/4 hours.
