Guest guest Posted November 15, 2007 Report Share Posted November 15, 2007 Speaking of egg salad - I never liked egg salad made the usual way (with mayo & mustard), but I read somewhere the key was to finely chop the egg whites and also to add a little minced onion and dill. It makes a nice difference and I really like it now...but then, I like dill on almost everything. Try dill on cooked carrots and in cucumber salads, too!
