Thanksgiving Meal - Deviled Eggs

When we had 7 kids living here I had to make at least 4 dozen eggs whenever I

made them. Thankfully we are now down to 2 dozen eggs. Reminds me, I need to

call the farmer and order several more dozen so he can go give the biddies a pep

talk or whatever. I wish you guys could see the real eggs from pet chickens.

They are huge and beautiful and often have two yolks and the flavor is so much

better than those from the poor birds who are confined in an egg factory and

never get to wander around outside and peck at bugs. Each chicken has a name and

most will let you scratch under their feathers around the neck.
