Guest guest
Hey my mom gave me this recipe (it's a Weight Watcher recipe, and they said it makes 6 servings, 1 point per serving which I don't think is right, but regardless it is low fat and yummy!) 1 can of pumpkin 1 box spice cake mix 1/ 2 cup water Mix ingredients until batter is smooth. Bake at 350 in a sprayed loaf pan for 50 -60 minutes. Check at 50 minutes. Do not over bake or it will dry out and harden!
Guest guest
I made muffins using this recipe while I was in WW; however, I didn't add the water. A cake mix is 12 servings & the point value was based on the cake mix. The 12 muffin recipe was 2 points per muffin. This makes excellent chocolate muffins if you use a chocolate cake mix.
