Guest guest
LOL Now there is a veg most people don't like. They always tell me beets taste like dirt, I LOVE beets too. Tell us your favorite vegetables, maybe I can find you some very easy recipes using them. Guest guest
Lets see....this is not easy to answer....my mother believed in us kids eating at least a bit of any veggie she cooked so I got a lot of variety but didn't like most of them. I like peas, corn, love fresh corn on the cob, creamed corn makes me gag, raw carrots, don't really care for cooked but have eaten them cabbage, cole slaw, or sauerkraut raw cauliflower, dipped in ranch dressing avocados, guacamole or cut up into a salad, zucchini in bread, haven't really tried it any other way I am sure there are others but can't think of any others off the top of my head. My hubby on the other hand likes all the ones I do plus brocoli. Grandson loves just about all veggies...haven't found one yet that he will not at least eat what is put on his plate and willing to try.
