I eat it right out of the package with nothing on it, it doesn't really taste. You don't know until you give it a try. I try everything. I shop in ethnic stores and have no idea what the veg is. I take it home and if it looks like I can steam it I do, or I braise in a skillet or toss in a soup. I've always been pleasantly surprised. Come on venture out there and explore.
