Guest guest
A few more things I thought of, lol. I make up several days of millet pattie mixture ( I have them for breakfast) in advance, I don't see why it would not work with any grain/bean pattie recipe. Also there are several loaf recipes in the files, I bet any of them could be sliced and wrapped or press and sealed (I love that stuff) and frozen. Burritos freeze well too, so do twice baked potatoes (I have one of those heating up for my dinner right now). Di
Guest guest
Thank you so much, most of your mainstays are dishes we eat frequently as well. Just need to plan and be more organized! The make 2 is a great idea and just take the time to cut, peel, chop lots of things when I do have a free day. I'll check out that site you mentioned too. Thanks for the tips! My 12 year old eats like a hardworking man. One casserole dish of burritos is needed for one meal for the 4 of us. We only have leftovers of something if they DON'T like it LOL!
