Guest guest Posted November 9, 2007 Report Share Posted November 9, 2007 I find I am really struggling with time factors trying to prepare healthy fresh foods for my family inbetween the sports, PTO and other evening appts on top of busy days. My kids (8 and 12) are not that fond of soupy type crock pot recipes or leftovers. I find so many nights that food prep and meal time to eat/clean up seems to take 2 hours or more if I am using fresh ingredients. I really need some time saving tips.
