Guest guest
You can use soy tempeh. I would use the 8 oz package in any tempeh recipe unless it states otherwise. I always steam the tempeh block before I cook with it. It you steam it for about 8 to 10 minutes it will plump up. Donna a past tempeh hater now I love it Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile dianna <di_wtch Thu, 8 Nov 2007 05:35:06 Tenpeh Salisbury Steak Recipe ? In the recipe in the files it doesn't specify the amount of tempeh used. I am assuming it is one of the standard 8 ounce packages? It looks yummy and I want to try it this weekend. Also, it calls for the multigrain tempeh and I have the soy. Does it make a difference? Thanks, Di http://mail. <>
