Guest guest Posted November 6, 2007 Report Share Posted November 6, 2007 If you're making something like Pasta Putanesca, skip the green salad olives and go for the black kalamata olives (the sundried Niçoise olives are a good substitute too). I find that the green ones lose their flavour in a sauce. Cheers!
