I haven't froze this soup before, but others that I have, I just let it cool

completely and either freeze in a Tupperware container or a gallon size or

smaller ziploc bag depending on how you want to use it. After you fill the the

bag, press out any air and finish ziplocing the bag. It is handy to put into

smaller bags, to freeze and take to work for lunch. It comes out great, to just

thaw and heat.
