I often choose veggie dishes when we go out-today had roasted veg and goats cheese lasagne at Salts Mill in Bradford UK. I am experimenting with lots of veggie recipes, last night did stuffed peppers using soya mince but could do with a recipe with a bit more oomph as it was a bit bland. I just looked at the " bread " recipes and can't wait to try some of them, my favourite at the moment is banana bread. When I have looked more closely at the recipes hope to add some of my own!
