I love soup. All kinds and year around. It is my all time favorite meal. My

daughters are the queen of cookie making at my house. Yummmmmm.

I'd have to saw making hot soups and cookies. I start in the autumn

doing this.

I live on a hillside, overlooking the city and out over knik arm, part of the

ocean. All summer when the leaves are on the trees, I can't see the water, but

when the leaves fall, I can see the water again. It is probably 3 or 4 miles

away, but I love looking at it and at Fire Island off in the distance.

I can see the water durring the winter, too, but once it is covered with ice

and snow it isn't so nice to look at
