Guest guest
All I can say is that I'm in heaven!! There's nothing better than a good tahini sauce. This is too adventuresome for my DH but he would have loved it if he had tried it. I pressed the water out of my tofu for 30 minutes before brushing the tamari on, but o/w did nothing different. My only problem with this (and similar) recipe(s) is that I'm so darn messy--anything that involves dredging always looks pretty bad. But that means more for me--I'll have it in a sandwich tomorrow. I remember now that I also loved your Breaded, Fried, Softly Spiced Tofu. Thanks!
