Guest guest
Good for you Jenn. Finding things to Enjoy and Appreciate about most any thing in life, does make such a difference in the joy we experience in life doesn't it. It releases stress too from our body. The architecture of a leafless tree can be very beautiful can't it? I can't take the smile off my face when I see the beauty of the colors that God has painted for us each fall. What an awesome beauty it is indeed. I love to walk when it is cool outside and it makes my legs tingle. Great feeling. Did you happen to see Oprah today. She had on Dr. Oz. It was a great show on improving our health and age related conditions. If you didn't get a chance to see it today, you can go to the website and see it. His shows always inspire me to exercise more. I bet you are feeling better Jenn, with all of your walking. I got to my children's soccer game early today and walked for 10 minutes. Not a long time, but it was better than just sitting in my chair waiting for the game to start. My doctor says that exercise releases endorphins, that make us feel better mentally and hey it isn't an illegal drug. LOL I hope to improve my exercising too.
