That is so funny. I used to cook for a great uncle and he was so set in his

ways. I would give him Minute Maid orange juice and he would say, " I can sure

taste that fresh squeezed goodness and all your hard work " lol

Once, in the early years of their marriage, my father brought home a pumpkin and

directed my mother to make a pumpkin pie. He then left to run some errands. She

and her visiting cousin buried the pumpkin in the backyard and made a pie from

canned pumpkin. At dinner that night, he raved about how much better the fresh

pie was than from a can. Conspiracy smiles went around the table. She never told

him.
