Guest guest Posted November 1, 2007 Report Share Posted November 1, 2007 Tomato And Balsamic Vinaigrette 4 large ripe tomatoes 1/2 cup minced onion 1 tablespoon basil chiffonade 3 ounces twelve-year-old balsamic vinegar, I used a less aged one splash olive oil optional to taste salt to taste freshly-ground black pepper to taste The tomatoes may be charred on the grilled for a different flavor if desired. Seed and mince the tomatoes, add the onions, basil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and freshly-ground pepper. Serve over grilled fish. Be smarter than spam.
